Policies

• Check-in between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. except by special arrangement
• All major credit cards accepted
• Two-night minimum stay required on September, October, festival, and holiday weekends
• Smoking permitted only on the balcony
• Deposit required for September, October, festival, and holiday weekends
• Guests must be 21 years of age
• Cancellations
  • We normally maintain a 2-week minimum cancellation period for all reservations. Cancellations within this period are subject to 50% charge of the total reservation or one night's stay, whichever is the greater.
  • No-shows without notice are subject to full charges.
  • Longer cancellation periods apply to major weekends
  • Deposit returned minus $25.00 cancellation and processing fee on all bookings if space is booked as same.
  • $50.00 cancellation fee on all October, September, festival, and holiday bookings
  • Deposit forfeited if like booking cannot be filled.
  • Compassionate fee of $25.00 may be charged in case of extreme weather or hardship
